I have spent the last 8 years successfully advocating for mental health policy reform across the world. Now, I teach the art and science of flow as a way to unlock your most optimal state of being, achieve more in your work and enjoy a sustainable & fulfilling lifestyle that prioritizes what matters most.
As a human-impact leader, I have helped some of the biggest change-makers optimize their focus for profound impact. What I’ve learned along the way is that many people don’t know how to maximize time spent working toward their biggest goals, while also prioritizing their health, community and family life. It’s my goal to change that.

No prior experience or knowledge is needed; the FlowRx program is designed to cater to both beginners and those familiar with the Flow State concept.

The FlowRx program uniquely focuses on optimizing the Flow State cycle, leading to a deeper connection with one's self and an enhanced ability to navigate life's challenges. You will be coached-up to achieve the flow state daily, which empowers you and allows you to gain confidence to achieve your goals with guidance and accountability every step of the way.

Participants are encouraged to fully engage with the program's activities and reflections, dedicating consistent time each week outside of our 60-minute sessions to maximize benefits. I will commit my time to you if you commit your time to yourself.
