I’m a:
:a
Creative Builder
Systems Thinker
and a:

I oscillate back and forth from
“that, there, then”,
to “what, where, when”,
and bring back ideas for
“this, here, now”.

I spend most of my days
intellectualizing;
analyzing;
spiritualizing;
emotionalizing;
& philosophizing
about the human experience.

I like to explore the natural human ecosystem
and concern myself with the
biological,
psychological,
socio-environmental,
and spiritual
elements that make us human.

I think a lot about how our environments influences our thoughts.
And how our thoughts shape our beliefs
And how our beliefs define our emotions
And how our emotions influence our behaviours
And how our behaviours create our habits
And how our habits decide our outcomes

I believe that business

I like to think that it’s my job
to explore the inner workings
of my mind
and bring back what
I find that might be useful.

The topics that
keep me up at night;
altered states of consciousness,
empowered wellbeing,
mental health longevity,
resilient parenting,

Make it stand out

Who spends the most of his days

And
Philosophizing about the human experience.
I think a lot of what we see today regarding the human experience is based on a limit model of deficit thinking.
We are under some sort of conditioned spell to think that all we do is live in a conditioned hell.
A sex condition, and emotional condition, a social condition, a development condition. The inherent believe that being human is condition.
Being human is not a disease we need to cure, but a rather a gift that we get to nurture.
Most people are supposed to the feel the way that they feel, but they’ve been trained to think being sad is wrong…
Being mad is wrong…
Being angry is wrong…
If any part of our natural instinct is supressed it rears it’s head and comes out sideways - meaning it comes out distructive and lost.
If we can find a way to nuture our nature then we can find a way to feel the fullest expression of our emotions.
I believe in an integrated model of empowered wellbeing that encompasses the the basic needs of the fullest 3D human experience.
We don’t have mental health problems, we have a mental wealth problem and it’s sitting right under our noses.
We have our physical needs, our biological, our psychological, our socio-environmental and our spiritual
blank blank blank… I’m not done yet - what’s coming net?
